Fascinated as a person and experienced in combining organizational science, business coaching, (financial) process & performance improvements, people-oriented management and coaching in a broad sense. My method is to guide change in organizations with a focus on people, in order to bring both the organization and the people further.
Study: Business Economics (Organization Management, University of Groningen), Register Controller, Leading with impact (IMD), Black Belt and Certified Coach (ICF).
My eyemark is a combination of sense for the organization, my financial background and experience in management roles, seeing the power of people, coaching in a broad sense and guiding leadership and team development. In addition I have the motivation to drive changes and improvements. Everything from a strong mind, determination and focus on results.
